Are you Angry

Anger is due to lack of energy and  soughing on others
when you are impatience
when ones ego hurt
when heart is hurt
when not able to manage irritation of life : like phone keep on ringing.

Good anger : gives a life purpose
Useless anger : sees some one very successful in life and jealous with that thought and you gets frustrated

How to mange anger :  
don't control it , you should channelize the anger

How to channelize : 
accept the facts, like if u stuck in traffic   
self awareness :if u know  u r getting angry. every body lives with their expectation , we can't define that . 

Respond to anger : there are 2 choices  - hit the bullet at that time or take some time to rethink a solution.

Anger is expression of helplessness , despite not to find a logical solution.
 you should try to find a creative solutions . 

Anger leads to lot of hurt ,  demotivation.

You can convert it into growth. life is not about anger but its about how you respond to it 



Emotional Freedom


I am writing here 10 points to make life simple and easy. I believe everyone should know meditation and these basics of life.

1.how to manage stress :
 By not thinking of the problem too much . it is only created by our mind .

2.Insight into depression :
Its the state of mind . our mind only decide whether we want to be happy , sad , angry or depressed .
so we should control our mind and be blissful always .
we are creating strong emotions against us . we pushing the line of sanity and going into insanity.
we think its our right to get angry . getting sad to get sympathy.
if your wife gets angry you give attention .that's bad .

3.how to conquer anger and negative thoughts : anger is not a different entity . you gets become angry ,like I am mad at you .you can not avoid anger .
but its you only , who becomes angry so think about reactions before get angry . negative thoughts are same we create those thoughts , our mind creates
a picture for it .so its your mind only who plays these pictures .

4.what is love and life :
 No one can not full the others expectations . I cant full fill others expectations .
to be love become lovable do anything .you can not act for love . but be lovable is only way .

5. how do you stop the mind's chatter
you can not stop thinking like you cant stop breathe , like your heart stops you die , you can only change direction
of it . you can only feel it .

6.live in reality:
 Our mind always creates the thing and we believe the things not done by us , like natural disaster but if you deep study , wide your
perception , its only us who are done something wrong ,some time . and now these are the results we are facing . God only know who do the good things .

7.symptoms of ill mind :
We always want to be successful by ruling others , but that is a illness of mind ,
we want to accumulate money that is illness of mind .illness is only created by mind . 

8. why am I stressed :
 life is what we makes out of it .we are not stresses because of work ,life . we are stressed by ourself .if i give you food and your
job is only to be blissful , will you be ? nO . because every movement you what to mess up something . life is about what you makes out of it .

9.Suffering is self created : i
you control your mind 40 to 60 % will be in your control . if you control body 15-20% of your life in your control . if you control your life energy 100 % life in your control . destiny  will be decided by you  . where you live and  where you die.

10.Access higher dimension of life :
Devotion is other dimension of intelligence and you have to put your little intellect aside .

My Body with Meditation

1. Yama (Do’s) 2. Niyama (Don’ts) 3. Asanas (Positions) 4. Pranayama (Control of breath or Life Force)
5. Pratyahara (Sense Withdrawal) 6. Dharana (Concentration) 7. Dhyana (Meditation) and 8. Samadhi (Spiritual Ecstasy).

Spine is the axis of university
Never let anyone of your spine . It is axis of universe .
it connects left and right mind .there is empty space in spinal code .energy get stored in it .if one color exist we resist for other colors .these all
things happen in spinal code .it is root of your mind and body .

Seven 7 CHAKRAS in Human body:there are 7 chakras  . these are in triangle shape in nadis . these are
1. food and sleep
2 for pleasure : to enjoy world
3 . to do things
4 . (anhatha)there is be creative in your life .
5 .(visudhi) : powerful individual. not only phyiscal but may be in other powers .
6 . (agna) : 3rd eye , u see things which are it is .
7 . not in body . but upper part of body . for activating sadhan is required .


A 20-second Crash Course To Become More Receptive: Physical body have limit to collect things but mentally u can carry more things ,you have to reduce your self . there is a little enery in you .just bring the right awareness to you .
just smile at one day in morning.



4 types of memory :
Intellectual 2 identify  3. Genetic memory 4 . Chit

We have diferent standard to measure ourself . And it is all done by our mind . But we also have our inner intelligence . We have to use that .
Chit is  the memory which can not be affected by outer world . Which can not be enhanced . To get this memory first step towards it to  put your identify aside . Just put yourself as a piece of life .
We have time for everything but not for ourself .and that's the problem with us ,we  can't see things with our little perception. 
We have to put aside our belif and perception .





How can we have clearity 
we should be seeking to have clarity about particular thing .if you want to know the world you have clearity about ourselves .intellectual is like sharp knife we have to learn how to use it . We think about lonliness when we are fullfilled or our basic  need is fullfilled by outside world .then we think to fullfill ourself .which can only be filled by our self .we try to fullfill this life by other arrangements like car tv house mobile . But those are not life . Life is in with you . Those are arrangements to make you comfortable . Those can not and will not fullfill you . So first thing is to know yourself .

I Meditate

Meditation is a deliberate practice to disassociate yourself from your thoughts. It took me about 2 years to understand that.

When I first started meditating I thought the goal was not to have any thoughts. I was wrong.

The goal is to watch your thoughts without identifying with them.

f I learn that my neighbor has just bought a new car. Or my coworker made more money than I did, I observe thoughts that pop up in my head. I see them come and go and I notice how they make me feel. I also remind myself these ideas and emotions are not me. If I choose to identify with them, I let these ideas hijack my mind. I let them define me.

I used to ruminate about injustices (either perceived or real) I had in my life and people who caused them. I would get angry and filled with rage as I replayed these situations again and again. When these ruminations happen now, I ask myself if I am being taken for a ride.

I still get angry/mad/jealous/upset, but the intensity of emotions is weaker and its duration is shorter.

You And I Are Not Same

We should understand others ,and involve them to take our decisions to meet their expectations .

Do not make deals in life .To just fall in love with whole situations .you should not keep boundaries for yourself .you don't need best deal every time . 

yoga is all about to discover and maintain your inner energies .

Why do Marriage: to fulfil needs of physical , psychological , social, economical. 

if you think life is too long or brief , choose steps accordingly .

yoga and why it is required  ?
it creates intelligence in a certain way .If the energy becomes too much, the ego will be shattered. sadhana isn't about getting somewhere. It's just a way, a method to unleash a flood so enormous that it wipes away your petty creations and leaves you as the Creator intended you to be.

 If I am on the spiritual path, how do I deal with family members or friends who are making it very difficult?   - There seems to be a fine line between comforting them and telling them to grow up, or just to open their eyes, or even to just bang them on the head. How can I deal with a situation like this? They're not in total acceptance even though they say they are and they continue to demand too much out of me.

the Buddha, who was just seeking not even knowing what, but just seeking--left his kingdom, his wife
and an infant child, and like a thief, walked away in the night, probably his family saw him as the most terrible man, but how glad we are that he did those terrible things, aren't we!

how do I deal with being so obsessed with the spiritual path?
If you eat, you eat only because you want to know. If you drink, you drink only because you want to know. If you work, you work only because you want to know.

Sometimes I get the feeling that people create so much trouble in their lives, so much suffering, simply because they're not sensitive enough to see that what they sow is what they reap. For example, when they get angry, jealous or hateful... In such situations, what's possible for people to do? I wish people were more sensitive. I feel that if I somehow try to interfere, I will just create more trouble.

After a long time I have just learned to let go and let things happen.

spirituality comes when we don't judge . when things are neither bad nor good . When you do things there are always consequences . So to attain spirituality we have to stop judging people . 
Spirituality comes with inclusiveness not with exclusiveness

Java Reflection

Java Reflection makes it possible to inspect classes, interfaces, fields and methods at runtime, without knowing the names of the classes, methods etc. at compile time. It is also possible to instantiate new objects, invoke methods and get/set field values using reflection.
 
Class  The getClass() method is used to get the name of the class to which an object belongs.

Constructors The getConstructors() method is used to get the public constructors of the class to which an object belongs.
     
 Methods The getMethods() method is used to get the public methods of the class to which an objects belongs.


       DeclaredMethod - gives all types of method of a class
       getMethods - - it does not return protected and private methods but reurtn super class method as well .
       
we can fetch field value using get method , we can set value , get value of fields. To set private field values we have to first set isAccessible true  then only we. can set the value.
we can fetch values for constructor or Methods

       void is also a class
       class<?>c = obj.getClass() = to get class
       Class.forName(className)  = to get class

       field.toString = to get field Info
       field.toGenericType to get Genric Type as well


       c.getSuperClass = to check if it contains super class
       Modifier.isPublic - to check access specifield of method, counstroctor or field
       Array.newInstance - to create a new intance of type array
       cls.newInstance - to create a new instance of any Type except array
